In this instruction you will learn how to access and complete Consent to Share Information form (ISG)
This form provides permission from the client for Junction to share information with other government and non-government agencies to support them to achieve positive outcomes.
- The person must be adequately informed of the implications of
granting consent or refusing consent - Should always be sought where it is safe and possible to do so
- Seek to obtain consent from clients/tenants who are considered capable of giving informed consent
- Must be provided voluntarily – without threat or pressure.
